About the role

  • Systematic management of your sales territory in eastern Germany covering the Berlin/Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern regions (postal codes 10–19)
  • Development of customer-specific solutions and project implementation in passive telecommunications technology for the infrastructure market
  • Support and management of engineering firms, investors, network operators, energy utilities, construction companies and specialized distributors
  • Budget planning for your regional sales territory
  • Ongoing market research and identification of market potential
  • Growth of the sales territory through acquisition of new customers
  • Collaboration with internal colleagues in commercial and technical teams and direct reporting to the Head of Sales Germany
  • Strengthening and positioning the expanding sales brand

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial (trade) training or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in the construction industry – ideally in the energy sector or with telecommunications networks / fiber-optic or broadband rollout
  • Experience in electronics/IT or with microducts / cable protection is desirable, as is prior sales experience
  • Willingness to travel within the regional sales area
  • Sales-driven personality with strong advisory and customer orientation
  • Determination, initiative, loyalty and strong communication skills
  • Confident appearance and a team-player attitude
  • Proficient use of CRM and ERP tools
  • German language skills at native level
