About the role
- Technical sales of plastic pipe systems within the Bavaria sales territory
- Primary consulting (technical / commercial) for construction authorities, municipalities and specialist planners (engineering firms / architectural firms)
- Follow-up support and advisory services for building-materials wholesalers and construction companies in coordination with regional field sales colleagues
- Support in the planning and supervision of construction projects, particularly regarding rainwater management in infrastructure contexts
- Development of the sales territory through management of the existing customer base and acquisition of new customers
- Organization and delivery of technical trainings as well as company and product presentations for the rainwater management product portfolio
- Participation in trade fairs and customer events together with commercial and technical field sales colleagues
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training, degree in civil engineering, technician qualification or comparable qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in civil engineering, ideally in pipeline systems, sewer construction, road construction or drainage
- Sales experience and prior field sales activity desirable
- Willingness to travel within the regional Bavaria sales territory
- Strong project and customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial mindset
- Team spirit, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities
- Loyalty, reliability, initiative and a structured working style
- Confident use of MS Office and CRM tools; ERP experience desirable
- German language skills at native level
- English skills (conversational) desirable
