About the role

  • Systematic coverage of your sales territory in East Germany (regions Berlin/Brandenburg and Mecklenburg‑Vorpommern; postal codes 10–19)
  • Development of customer‑specific solutions and project implementation in passive telecommunications infrastructure
  • Management and support of engineering offices, investors, network operators, utilities, construction companies and specialized distributors
  • Budget planning for your regional sales area
  • Ongoing market research and identification of market potential
  • Expansion of the sales territory through acquisition of new customers
  • Collaboration with internal colleagues in commercial and technical departments and direct reporting to the Sales Manager Germany
  • Strengthening and positioning of the expanding sales brand

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial (trade) apprenticeship or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the construction industry – ideally in the energy sector or in telecommunications networks / fiber‑optic or broadband rollout
  • Experience in electronics/IT and/or microducts and cable protection desirable; sales experience is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within the regional sales area
  • Sales‑oriented personality with strong advisory and customer focus
  • Determination, initiative, loyalty and communication skills
  • Confident appearance and a team player
  • Proficient use of CRM and ERP tools
  • German language skills at native level
