• Oversight of Spear Programme.
• Lead group sessions of around 12 young people.
• Prepare and coach group and 1-1 sessions with the Spear Coach.
• Ensure the programme is delivered in line with agreed targets, and report KPIs on recruitment, retention and completion of Spear Trainees.
• Establish the primary local referral agencies and build and implement a strategy for developing relationships.
• Manage the Spear Coach, using a coaching approach to invest in their growth and development.
• Ensure the Spear programme is a key missional feature of the work of the church.
• Work with the Church to set up the training room and IT infrastructure for the new Spear Centre.

Head of Corporate and Employer Partnerships

• Play a pivotal role in equipping new and existing Church Partners to build sustainable, thriving Spear Centres that transform young people’s lives.
• Raise funds for both churches and charitable trusts, with an annual fundraising target of £125k.
• Combine strategic insight, relationship-building and hands-on application writing, as well fundraising advice to help Church Partners grow diverse and resilient fundraising streams.
• Work closely with Trustees, Church leaders and Spear’s Central teams, to strengthen funding pipelines, unlock new opportunities and ensure partners are supported every step of the way.
