About the role
- R4D is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to provide analytical support related to the costing study of rehabilitation services in Ukraine. The Specialist will work under the supervision of the R4D technical lead for the costing study. This is a remote consultancy anticipated to start immediately, estimated 4 months (August – November 2025). Responsibilities include supporting cost analysis, leading facility-level cost analysis across up to 40 facilities, designing Excel-based cost allocation instruments, customizing tools, performing cost calculations, consolidating datasets, developing dashboards, conducting system-level cost analysis, integrating facility cost and patient data, aggregating system-wide cost estimates, and providing ad hoc analytical support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in computer science, health informatics, statistics, data analysis, or related field Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analysis and quality assurance practices, public health information systems, public health data sets, and related disciplines Background in public health strongly preferred Experience with data organization and visualization and effective reporting of program metrics Experience with tools and practices for effective data collection, analysis, and presentation Strong foundation in quantitative research methods and experience in implementation research is preferred Proven ability to work successfully as part of a team and effectively collaborate with internal and external senior-level stakeholders Competency in Microsoft Office and other programs necessary to complete work Knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian languages considered an asset
