Analytics Engineer

R4D is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to provide analytical support related to the costing study of rehabilitation services in Ukraine. The Specialist will work under the supervision of the R4D technical lead for the costing study.
This is a remote consultancy anticipated to start immediately, estimated 4 months (August – November 2025).
Responsibilities include supporting cost analysis, leading facility-level cost analysis across up to 40 facilities, designing Excel-based cost allocation instruments, customizing tools, performing cost calculations, consolidating datasets, developing dashboards, conducting system-level cost analysis, integrating facility cost and patient data, aggregating system-wide cost estimates, and providing ad hoc analytical support.
