About the role

  • Leads efforts to develop, monitor and maintain processes, frameworks, and tools ensuring reliability and scalability to support advanced analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning, and decision-making.
  • Focuses on engineering data products and implementing automated processes that enable analytic product development.
  • Works with business and technology teams through consultative partnerships to define data strategy.
  • Develops reusable frameworks, APIs, and tools that empower analysts and data scientists to work efficiently.
  • Produces ad hoc reporting and analytics to support requests from the Bank's various lines of business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Typically requires minimum of 4-5 years work experience.
  • Database and analytical experience required; proficiency in Python, dbt, SQL, SAS preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time.
  • Independent and highly self-motivated.
