About the role
- Lead and direct an Inside Sales team to identify and develop restaurant customers with 1 to 2 restaurant locations nationwide, virtually.
- Assist the team in developing and executing a sales strategy
- Work with the team when necessary to engage prospects in order to close
- Maintain weekly reporting and meetings for the team
- Manage ARR quotas and pipelines
- Help support full cycle sales executives in prospecting/discovery/demo/negotiation best practices
- Ensure the team tracks weekly/monthly/quarterly goals
- Establishes individual development and production plans for the team
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1-3+ years’ experience managing SaaS sales teams
- Inside sales experience, in the restaurant industry, preferred
- Proficiency and experience in high volume selling with sales transactions and sales cycles less than 30 days
- Experience developing teams from scratch
- AI-led approach
- Demonstrate continual sales success with SMB level clients in the restaurant industry
- Ability to lead and motivate with a passion for coaching and developing talent
- Experience with Salesforce and other AI-forward sales technologies and best practices for enabling your team
- Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Customer Success
- Familiarity with all Microsoft software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to be in the Austin office Tuesday-Thursday.
