Manage the procurement lifecycle for technology products and services
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to identify technology needs
Conduct vendor evaluations, pricing analysis, and procurement comparisons
Facilitate the purchasing process including requisitions and purchase orders
Maintain relationships with key technology vendors and service providers
Monitor vendor performance and ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations
Manage technology contracts including new agreements and renewals
Track contract renewal timelines and proactively coordinate renewal decisions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Systems, or related field required
5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or technology sourcing required
Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
Excellent organizational and contract management abilities
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP systems and contract management tools
