About the role
- Track daily parking inventory across all Vertex Fleet locations
- Monitor customer arrivals and departures
- Maintain accurate, real-time records of occupancy and availability
- Update parking management systems with current inventory status
- Conduct outbound calls for payment collection
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and past-due accounts
- Process payments and update customer records
- Generate and send invoices (B2B and B2C)
- Handle inbound sales calls from trucking companies, fleet managers, and independent drivers
- Perform outbound sales outreach to prospective customers
- Identify and develop opportunities in new markets
- Build strong relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Respond promptly to emails and customer inquiries
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Engage in social media outreach to attract B2C
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations coordination
- Experience handling collections and payment follow-ups professionally
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
- Experience with invoicing, billing, and basic accounting processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
