About the role
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
- Taking ownership of the successful implementation of the projects and managing project financials and business impact.
- Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
- Might formally train junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or project management related fields
- PMP Certification is highly preferred
- 3-5 years software project management/implementation experience in a customer -facing environment
- 2+ years Home Health & Hospice experience or healthcare software knowledge is preferred
