Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government’s Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), with authority to act in all project matters.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, deliverable schedules, and federal acquisition requirements, including status reporting, invoicing, and documentation standards.
Provide and maintain all project documentation (plans, reports, architecture, workflows, SOPs, and training materials) in the required formats and catalog them into designated repositories.
Coordinate and oversee all phases of testing (Developer Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Security Testing), ensuring readiness for Authority to Operate (ATO), and be directly accountable for managing schedules, stakeholder participation, issue resolution, and compliance with federal testing standards.
Own and drive strategic client engagements leveraging structured program governance process and measurable program performance indicators.
Manage multiple projects and oversee multiple streams of work/projects.
Understand existing technical and political landscape and drive discussions to create a win-win scenario.
Collaborate and work with cross-functional business and IT teams for solution design and implementation of new capabilities.
Manage remote delivery teams including offshore resources.
Mentor and coach delivery team for best practice implementation using collaborative discussions.
Effectively operate with multiple stakeholders and constituencies.
Serve as Salesforce champion for projects within the client environment for allocated account(s).
Participate in Salesforce practice development by championing engagement processes, solutions designs, and practice areas.
Engage with client key stakeholders and enable collaborative communication model for proactive risk mitigation and value articulation.
Effectively engage and communicate with senior executives both within client organizations and persistent executive team.
Create and present professional business presentations as part of ongoing client engagement and other practice needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Business Management, related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7+ years of experience at Enterprise-level Project/Program Management and Governance
Minimum 5+ years of managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations
Experience leading Project Delivery using Agile Scrum methodology
Required Certifications: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Ability to excel in a challenging environment and adept in dealing with counterparts with strong personalities.
Highly skilled in driving and managing business discussion including Planning, JAD, Scope Management, Process, and Change Management discussions
Cross-functional ability to assist in business analysis, design, and testing
Project Management experience using Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative processes
Budgeting, Estimation and Projection Management for the assigned business/accounts.
Effective resource allocation and billability management
Familiarity with Industry best practices in software and solutions development
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to convert concepts into professional documents including but not limited to professional presentations.
Ability to collaborate with customers involving multiple and, sometimes conflicting, objectives bringing the ability to negotiate and compromise on important business and functional decisions.
