About the role

  • Manage relationships between RCM Customers and the RCM Operations Teams
  • Train customers on RCM processes
  • Monitor customer’s business performance
  • Build and foster strong relationships with customers and business partners
  • Onboard new customers to RCM
  • Manage email communication and Salesforce cases
  • Perform Monthly Business Analysis around RCM related performance
  • Attend internal Operations meetings
  • Keep RCM Enabled Payer List Updated Monthly
  • Provide leadership and motivation
  • Assist Customers and RCM Operations with End of Month Processes
  • Collaborate with worldwide resources for information sharing.
  • Act as a liaison between all Brightree departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Brightree software and/or DME Billing Experience
  • Salesforce
  • Smartsheet
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledgeable of federal and state laws and requirements relating to healthcare management
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in using MS office programs
  • Analytical Thinker
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
  • An effective communicator with strong oral, written, and persuasive skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
