About the role

  • Communication & Consultation: Professional support of dental customers and patients by phone and email, acting as an interface to internal departments
  • Production Support: After training, take on tasks in the manufacturing process (e.g., disinfection of impressions, creation and inspection of gypsum models/plaster casts)
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Data Maintenance & Complaints: Maintain customer master data in CRM/ERP systems and process complaints
  • Billing & Documentation: Prepare cost estimates, invoices and credit notes according to BEL II/BEB, as well as archiving and shipping

Requirements

  • Completed training as a dental assistant (Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte, ZFA) or equivalent qualification in the dental/dental-technical field
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and quality awareness combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Very good German language skills; business-fluent English
  • Professional experience with billing according to BEL II and BEB, as well as in customer communication and consultation
