About the role
- Planning, coordination and support of implementation projects – from kick-off to go-live.
- Direct customer contact, conducting status meetings and escalation management.
- Support with data entry, troubleshooting and handover of training results.
- Preparation of project reports and identification of optimization opportunities.
- Working with Jira, Confluence and Salesforce in collaborative project environments.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a commercial, technical or nursing field.
- Experience in project management or software implementation is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Structured, independent working style and analytical thinking.
- Willingness to travel for customer appointments.
- Confident use of tools such as Jira, Confluence and Salesforce.
