About the role
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
- Create and maintain documentation related to platform processes, procedures, and guidelines
- Develop a comprehensive martech strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Continuously improve the performance of platforms to enhance marketing campaigns and customer engagement
- Analyze platform data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues
- Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders on platform usage
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in platform management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze platform data & performance
- Hands on experience evaluating, assessing, onboarding & managing enterprise level platforms such as CMS, CDP, CRM, DAM, Marketing Automation, CDM etc.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a plus
