Requirements
Expertise in the design of DC electric motors with proven experience from ideation through mass production.
Ability to apply critical thinking to solve novel problems, utilizing specialized knowledge in electromagnetics and motor design.
Experience in the application of simulation software to refine and optimize DC electric motor designs.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team including other design engineers, sourcing engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to less technical team members, and/or those from other sub-specialties.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other closely related field preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of related experience required.
