About the role
- Provide high quality customer service by ensuring fulfilment, promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving or escalating complaints, and providing ongoing support to ensure high level customer satisfaction.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with sales representatives and warehouse teams to align on customer needs.
- Use commercial tools and systems for routine/administrative tasks independently such as entering customer data.
- Ensure the quality of the data and troubleshoot issues when needed to enable effective customer retention and business development activities.
- Proactively ensures own understanding of product features and benefits.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B customer service, ideally in plastics or related industrial sectors. Basic knowledge of material properties (plastics, additives, compounding...).
- You enjoy communicating in English and Spanish, and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds, both nationally and internationally.
- Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset. You identify challenges early and address them pragmatically and empathetically, whether within your team or advising employees and managers.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, with a structured approach to managing customer interactions, order tracking, and administrative tasks.
- You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-growing company, proactively contributing to your skills, continuously developing yourself, and seizing changes as opportunities.
