Software Engineer

• Develop and manage the product management for our suppliers, leading manufacturers of high-performance engineering thermoplastics (ETPs) in the DACH region
• Collaborate with European Product Management to implement market and product strategies
• Support our sales teams in the designated product and application areas
• Serve as contact person for strategically important customers in the region (Tier 1–Tier 2 experience advantageous)
• Help identify growth opportunities and ensure a strong commercial presence
• Provide first-line technical advice to sales teams and customers on product selection, market and application
• Communicate success stories and product benefits within the region
• Contribute to commercial planning and budgeting
• Monitor the performance of assigned product groups and ensure targets are achieved
• Provide market intelligence that may influence budget planning and sales activities
• Act as the interface between regional sales teams and suppliers

Account Manager

• Ensure all relevant sales activities to develop customers and markets in line with defined strategies and budgets
• Support and further develop existing customers and identify and acquire new customers
• Responsible for budget planning for assigned customers, analyzing deviations and initiating corrective actions
• Actively contribute to closing deals ("owner mentality") and take responsibility for achieving sales targets
• Use our CRM system, including segmentation, activities, volume structures, and projects
• Ensure continuous communication with Product Management and Technical Service
• Monitor, evaluate and report market trends, customer needs and competitor developments
• Provide strategic and operational market information to support internal decision-making processes

Administration

• Provide reliable administrative and office support to the Logistics team.
• Ensure the smooth organisation of daily tasks and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and support workflow coordination.
• Assist with routine processes, communication, and administrative duties.
• Enter data into WMS or ERP systems and monitor warehouse stock levels.
• Track and control orders ensuring service quality and timeliness.
• Organize domestic and international transportation.
• Verify, record, and archive transport documents and cost invoices.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and other departmental documentation.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and carriers.
• Handle email correspondence and phone contact with carriers and clients.
• Cooperate closely with internal departments and verify data in internal systems.
• Register transport orders in the computer system.

• Provide high quality customer service by ensuring fulfilment, promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving or escalating complaints, and providing ongoing support to ensure high level customer satisfaction.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with sales representatives and warehouse teams to align on customer needs.
• Use commercial tools and systems for routine/administrative tasks independently such as entering customer data.
• Ensure the quality of the data and troubleshoot issues when needed to enable effective customer retention and business development activities.
