About the role

  • Own the strategic design and evolution of our enterprise data architecture, including oversight of a global data warehouse ecosystem.
  • Translate company-wide strategic objectives into a comprehensive, multi-year enterprise data strategy and prioritized roadmap across Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Executive Leadership, partnering across Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, and Technology to ensure data initiatives accelerate revenue growth, improve ROAS, strengthen margin performance, and enhance enterprise decision-making.
  • Lead within a complex, global enterprise environment—aligning distributed teams across geographies, functions, and business units.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as an analyst in a technology company (E-commerce background is preferable)
  • 5+ years of managerial experience within a technology company
  • Fluency in advanced statistical and analytical methodologies such as regression modeling, experimentation design (A/B and multivariate testing), forecasting, causal inference, and predictive modeling—with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear business strategy and measurable impact
  • Highly analytical with solid business skills (Translating insights into growth and profit)
  • Experience in leading a cross-functional environment to ensure that the analytics team's output is aligned with the company’s objectives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
