Customer Support

• Assist with the mortgage loan post closing process by managing the loan delivery pipeline
• Finalize the purchase of loans and ensure loans are delivered to investors, auditors and servicers by expected dates
• Ship and track collaterals daily
• Work with internal and external parties to clear investor conditions for timely loan sale
• Submit payments to FHA and VA and submit loans for FHA/VA insurance
• Maintain insuring pipeline and ensure loans are completed by due date
• Track final title policies and recorded deeds
• Maintain aged trailing documents reports
• Ensure post consummation CD’s are completed by due date
• Assist with other support teams as backup when needed
