About the role
- Assist with the mortgage loan post closing process by managing the loan delivery pipeline
- Finalize the purchase of loans and ensure loans are delivered to investors, auditors and servicers by expected dates
- Ship and track collaterals daily
- Work with internal and external parties to clear investor conditions for timely loan sale
- Submit payments to FHA and VA and submit loans for FHA/VA insurance
- Maintain insuring pipeline and ensure loans are completed by due date
- Track final title policies and recorded deeds
- Maintain aged trailing documents reports
- Ensure post consummation CD’s are completed by due date
- Assist with other support teams as backup when needed
Requirements
- Mortgage, Title or Escrow experience is preferred
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Extremely hard-working self-starter
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Effective time-management abilities
- Ability to meet critical deadlines in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
