About the role
- 1st-level support for users working with PREEvision
- Support for review and approval processes (Review & Vote)
- Recording, analyzing and handling support requests (tickets)
- Assisting users with the operation of PREEvision
- Review statuses, workflows and approvals
- Reports, analyses and exports
- Plausibility checks of models and results from the user’s perspective
- Documenting common issues (FAQs, quick guides)
- Close collaboration with methodology and engineering roles
- Escalation of technically complex issues to experts
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering or equivalent)
- Initial practical experience in technical support, engineering support or tool support
- Basic understanding of PREEvision (application level; no development required)
- Understanding of structured processes and workflows
- Service-oriented, structured working style
- Very good German skills, good English skills
- Advantageous: experience in the automotive sector
- Experience with review or approval processes
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Initial exposure to model-based development
