About the role
- Act as a business partner with local management team to manage human resources function.
- Administer staffing, training, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and compensation programs.
- Provide HR advice and consultation to employees and management.
- Implement and monitor company policies, programs and procedures.
- Oversee the recording and maintenance of employee information.
- Monitor division compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with division operations and HR staff regarding employment activity.
- Conduct and resolve investigations regarding employee complaints.
- Participate in local management staff meetings and assist with personnel related decisions.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs as appropriate.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of 3 years of directly applicable experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager who was involved in all aspects of HR.
