About the role
- Manage collections activities for commercial, industrial and residential customers.
- Oversee container delivery and pick up in a geographically dispersed area.
- Manage a team of Operations Supervisors, Dispatchers, Operations Clerks, Drivers and Helpers.
- Execute local market strategy and implement tactical initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and accident prevention standards.
- Resolve customer service concerns with customers and government employees.
- Build and maintain relations with government, community and environmental groups.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience or participation in Republic Services’ management trainee program.
