About the role
- Acts as the point of contact for post-offer talent acquisition and HR-related questions.
- Ensures a positive candidate onboarding experience.
- Works closely with Talent Acquisition and HR on post-offer activities.
- Orders appropriate background checks, drug screens, and physicals.
- Monitors and reviews post-offer background results and communicates as needed.
Requirements
- 1 year of Human Resources experience.
- Minimum of 1 year administrative or Human Resources generalist experience.
