About the role
- Acts as a business partner with local management to manage the human resources function.
- Provides HR advice and consultation to employees and management.
- Implements and monitors company policies and procedures in HR areas.
- Oversees maintenance of employee information and compliance with laws.
- Conducts investigations regarding employee complaints and participates in management discussions.
- Identifies training needs and conducts training sessions accordingly.
- Implements succession planning and talent management plans.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of 3 years of directly applicable experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager who was involved in all aspects of HR.
- Ability to impact and influence all levels of the Company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
