About the role

  • Realize division objectives for sales and revenue growth
  • Maintain productive relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Ensure appropriate staffing, maintenance, and development of the sales team to achieve division goals
  • Establish a management structure that aligns with division and supplier sales objectives
  • Relay sales objectives to all sales management, incorporating supplier goals into the sales plan
  • Build and sustain relationships with community and governmental entities for public relations and operational success
  • Provide monthly sales forecasts to the State Sales Finance Team for timely procurement planning
  • Advise on product pricing and gross margin strategies, offering recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; master’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4-10 years of management experience in the alcoholic beverage industry
  • Valid state driver's license and the ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements; Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License as required by the state
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds
  • Occasional travel may be required for this position.
