About the role
- Preparing and maintaining financial records
- Support treasury actions and other related financial activities
- Accountable for accurate and timely financial data
- Performs general accounting and treasury-related duties
- Maintains the general ledger and prepares month-end accruals
- Supports in booking personnel costs and employee benefits
- Executes intercompany transfers, movement of funds, payment of vendors overseas
- Ensures compliance with GAAP regulations and other regulatory frameworks
- Supports preparation of monthly income statements and balance sheets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years’ progressive experience in accounting
- Comprehensive understanding of GAAP
- Experience working with multiple entities and bank accounts
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups)
- Navision and Concur experience – preferred
- Prior experience in financial reporting systems – preferred
