About the role
- Build and maintain a project plan that outlines project deliverables, milestones, relevant stakeholders and SMEs, and meeting cadence and communications vehicles
- Develop, maintain, and optimize operational frameworks, calendars, workback plans, and documentation for business workstreams and initiatives
- Draft, iterate, and finalize written content and graphics for project deliverables
- Facilitate meeting cadence with relevant teams and stakeholders (both internal and external); create agendas and lead meetings (data collections and outline/content/graphics reviews), capture meeting decisions, actions and open items
- Oversee action item tracking and resolution mechanisms to ensure timely progress on business priorities and campaign milestones
- Develop executive-ready presentations to support customer storytelling
- Maintain and organize digital repositories (Teams/SharePoint, OneNote) for business assets, process documentation, and meeting materials
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing OR related degree
- Preference for client facing professional services experience
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite of productivity and AI tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot)
- Good business acumen and awareness of business trends
