Act as a business consultant to help customers achieve their objectives understanding the importance of communication in a consultant's role
Problem solve with an extraordinary technical and functional understanding of business process and FICO Principles and SAP products
Support end users from a functional and/or technical perspective working closely with them and the business to analyze and review their business requirements or processes
Troubleshoot and configure SAP FICO including integration points with other modules and cross functional design/build of other modules.
Lead fit/gap and other types of working sessions to understand needs driven by business process requirements.
Prepare clear and concise documentation, as well as provide timely status updates
Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
8 years of SAP experience with a minimum of 3 full-cycle SAP implementations;
Implementation experience in SAP Cloud environments both public and private.
Proficient in the business processes associated with financial operations, which includes expertise in general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset management, cost center accounting, product cost controlling, profitability analysis, and profit center accounting.
Expert in set-up and configuration of FICO as well as cross functional design/build of other module(s)
Proficient in all aspects of a project from requirement gathering and gapping to realization to testing, go-live prep and go-live execution as well as hyper-care support.
Highly skilled in FICO master data set-up, cleansing, harmonization and migration, including LSMW and Migration Cockpit.
Ability to be a thought leader in your domain and contribute to ecosphere both within and external of Reply.
