About the role
- Provide L3 support on Data and AI Foundations components.
- Perform deep technical analysis and root cause investigations.
- Design and implement corrective fixes on foundations components.
- Improve robustness, performance, and reliability of shared components.
- Support L1 teams during complex incident resolution.
- Document technical issues, fixes, and preventive actions.
- Contribute to the stabilization and continuous improvement of the RUN.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in application or platform support.
- Solid development skills (Python or equivalent).
- Experience with APIs and distributed systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
- Experience working in production environments.
- Experience with Data or AI platforms.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
