About the role

  • Provide L3 support on Data and AI Foundations components.
  • Perform deep technical analysis and root cause investigations.
  • Design and implement corrective fixes on foundations components.
  • Improve robustness, performance, and reliability of shared components.
  • Support L1 teams during complex incident resolution.
  • Document technical issues, fixes, and preventive actions.
  • Contribute to the stabilization and continuous improvement of the RUN.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in application or platform support.
  • Solid development skills (Python or equivalent).
  • Experience with APIs and distributed systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
  • Experience working in production environments.
  • Experience with Data or AI platforms.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
