- Act as the go-to contact for B2B customers including solar installers and utilities in the Mexican market
- Leverage customer feedback to enhance the software in collaboration with development team
- Continuously improve customer experience and streamline processes
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seek partnerships
- Strategically plan and implement projects driving Reonic's growth and innovation
Requirements
- C2-level Spanish proficiency (required)
- Based in Mexico City or willing to relocate
- Strong knowledge of software sales, preferably in startups or scale-ups with a SaaS product
- Experience in B2B customer service or customer success with direct customer engagement
- Technical background (e.g., industrial engineering)
- Motivated to drive change in renewables
- Strong understanding of the Mexican market
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish and English
