About the role

  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of SDRs/BDRs, ensuring they have the skills and motivation to smash their targets.
  • Process Optimization: Build and refine our outbound "playbooks," including cold calling scripts, email sequences, and LinkedIn social selling strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of the top-of-funnel, ensuring a consistent flow of highly qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
  • Data-Driven Management: Monitor KPIs and dashboards (HubSpot) to identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement quick, strategic fixes.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure lead quality and a seamless hand-off process.

Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: Experience leading or mentoring pre-sales teams (SDR/BDR).
  • Strategic Hunter: You don't just manage; you know the "art" of prospecting and can jump on a call to show the team how it's done.
  • Analytical Mindset: You love numbers and use them to drive team performance and predictability.
