About the role
- Write high-impact, conversion-focused copy for paid ads, landing pages, email, and social media across the full funnel (awareness → conversion → retention)
- Support performance marketing initiatives by helping build, launch, and continuously optimize paid digital campaigns across key channels
- Conceptualise and iterate creative concepts in close collaboration with the design team for organic and paid formats
- Analyze full-funnel performance data to identify drop-offs, test hypotheses, and recommend optimizations
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop growth initiatives and scale winning strategies based on data insights
Requirements
- Experience in performance marketing, copywriting, and market research
- Creative mindset with a knack for writing engaging content
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize funnels
- Hands-on mentality, eager to learn and experiment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, proficiency in Spanish is a big plus
