About the role
- Partner closely with operations and regional leadership
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting process
- Gather interview feedback from candidates and interview teams
- Consult with hiring managers to determine selection process and next steps
- Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years’ experience in a recruitment role
- High-volume recruitment experience preferred
- Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS and HRIS software
