- Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
- Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry
- Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or to further a sales career
- Work consistent M-F schedule with afternoon/evening shifts (1pm–9pm) and potential weekend availability
Requirements
- No experience required; prior experience is a plus
- Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings (currently hiring 1pm – 9pm shifts)
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; comfortable in human interaction
- Availability to work weekends, if required
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Comfortable interacting with and speaking directly to homeowners in face-to-face sales and marketing environment
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay model
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (application asks this)
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
