About the role
- Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
- Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required
- Represent Mad City Windows & Baths (a Renuity company) in the field
- Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career
- Work consistent M-F schedule, primarily 1pm–9pm shifts
Requirements
- No experience required; prior experience is a plus
- Self-motivated; looking to get out what they put in
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings; currently hiring 1pm – 9pm shifts
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; comfortable with human interaction
- Must be comfortable with face-to-face sales and marketing environment
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day (application asks)
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection (application asks)
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check (application asks)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (application asks)
- Willingness to work weekends if required (application asks)
