About the role

  • Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service
  • Sell MaxHome home-improvement products and services through in-home consultations
  • Conduct 2 - 3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments a day
  • No cold-calling or lead generation required; all leads are warm & pre-confirmed
  • Drive daily to leads across assigned territory (road warrior role)
  • Participate in paid training and perform to meet/exceed sales goals
  • Represent the company brand and deliver superior customer care as part of the Field/Sales team

Requirements

  • Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
  • In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus!
  • Must be self-motivated and results oriented
  • Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Works successfully without requiring close supervision
  • Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver's license and enjoy being on the road!
  • Comfortable with a 100% commission role (role is 100% commission)
  • Comfortable with daily driving, sometimes up to 100 miles/day
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
