About the role

  • Conduct engaging in-home presentations to seniors
  • Educate clients about estate planning, wills, trusts, incapacity documents, and membership benefits
  • Empathize with clients, answer questions, and close sales
  • Work warm, inbound, pre-qualified leads (no prospecting)
  • Schedule work flexibly; work part-time or full-time and set own schedule
  • Coordinate with attorneys and concierge follow-up program to deliver lifetime memberships
  • Travel locally within protected territory (up to 100-mile radius for producing reps)

Requirements

  • 4+ years outside or in-home sales experience
  • Proven closer (direct-to-consumer sales experience, especially in-home)
  • Confident communicator able to simplify complex topics with empathy
  • Solid basic computer and office skills
  • Reliable transportation for local travel
  • Independent, motivated, and organized
