About the role

  • Promote FHIA Remodeling's products and services to prospective and existing clients in in-store retail marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations face to face, focusing on high quality products, installation, and customer care
  • Engage customers in high-traffic retail environments (e.g., Costco, Home Depot)
  • Use in-store retail experience as a stepping stone to careers in Management or Sales
  • Work scheduled shifts including weekends and weekday retail hours (10am–6pm or 11am–7pm)
  • Achieve sales through commission and bonus structures

Requirements

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, and ambitious outlook to succeed in a performance-driven environment
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence
  • Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individual who thrives in human interaction
  • Scheduling availability: Sat and/or Sun, and weekdays 10am to 6pm or 11am to 7pm
  • Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail setting and standing for long periods
  • Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
  • Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (application asks)
  • Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
