  • Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
  • Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
  • Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
  • Represent the Mad City Windows & Baths brand in the field
  • Use the role as a stepping-stone into management or furthering your sales career

Requirements

  • No experience required; prior experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated individuals
  • Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
  • Availability to work afternoons and evenings (1pm–9pm shifts)
  • Availability to work weekends if required
  • Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; comfortable with face-to-face homeowner interaction
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
  • Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
  • Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (app asks about sponsorship)
  • Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
