About the role

  • Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
  • Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly, informative conversation
  • Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
  • Represent the Mad City Windows & Baths brand in the field
  • Use the role as a stepping-stone into management or furthering a sales career

Requirements

  • No experience required (prior experience is a plus; training provided)
  • Self-motivated individuals
  • Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
  • Availability to work afternoons and evenings (currently hiring 1pm–9pm shifts)
  • Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; comfortable with face-to-face interaction
  • Comfortable working in face-to-face sales and marketing environment
  • Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
  • Availability to work weekends, if required
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
  • Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
  • Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States / disclosure about sponsorship
