- Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required

- Work consistent M-F schedule with afternoon/evening shifts and potential weekend availability
Requirements
- No experience required; Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
- Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings (currently hiring for 1pm – 9pm shifts)
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales and marketing environment
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (Are you legally authorized to work in the United States? - required)
- Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B)? - required
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day (required)
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection (required)
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check (required)
- Availability to work on weekends, if required
