- Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
- Introduce Mad City Windows & Baths remodeling services and special offers through friendly, informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry
- Use role as a stepping-stone into management or further sales career; follow training and development pathways
- Work consistent M-F schedule with afternoon/evening shifts and possible weekend availability
Requirements
- No experience required; prior experience is a plus
- Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings (currently hiring 1pm–9pm shifts)
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; comfortable in human interaction
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales and marketing environment
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Ability to answer employment authorization and sponsorship questions on application
