About the role
- Lead and oversee ReNu fin fan cleaning trailer and field team
- Manage and train Foam Application Specialists (FAS) and FAS Leads on-site
- Communicate with refinery operations and maintenance throughout campaigns
- Collect required data and relay to reporting team daily
- Provide site notes to ReNu manager and refinery POCs daily
- Observe team on site to control quality of service and ensure safety and company standards/policies are followed
- Provide real time training and assist FAS Leads and FAS through challenges during campaigns
- Perform campaign onboarding meetings with Lead FAS and FAS employees
- Perform site walks to assess equipment health and performance with current and prospective customers
- Provide direct feedback to Lead FAS and FAS and conduct reviews scheduled by ReNu management
- 100% travel to refinery sites for project campaigns; project-based, variable hour position
- Work executed in the field for campaigns and site-walks; occasional office and work-from-home assignments
- Standard campaign shifts are 12–14-hour workdays, 7 days a week until campaign completion; carry equipment and work in inclement weather
- Supervisory responsibility: site oversight of Foam Application Specialists (FAS) and FAS Leads
Requirements
- At least 2 years of related field experience in industrial setting or military experience
- Team lead and/or leadership experience
- TWIC Card (or ability to obtain one) required
- Requires ability to pass Basic Plus Safety Training
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Upon hire, candidates are required to undergo an I-9 verification process and E-Verify
- Applicants for regular U.S. positions must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to carry equipment (up to 50 pounds), climb stairs and ladders, and work in inclement weather
- PPE required at all times while on the job site (FR clothing, hard hat, hearing protection, work boots and safety glasses)
- Ability to work 12–14-hour workdays, 7 days a week during campaigns
- Competent problem solver and maintain safe work practices
- Preferred: 1+ years of refinery experience
- Preferred: Valid Passport and ability to travel to Canada
- Preferred: Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) a plus
