• Drive end-to-end initiatives that strengthen infrastructure security, scalability, usability, and reliability.
• Shape the future of our infrastructure standards, cloud architecture, and internal tooling.
• Research, explore, and experiment with new technologies and processes to support RentSpree’s growth.
• Coach other engineers on infrastructure best practices, raising the bar for technical excellence across teams.
• Partner closely with product, data, and engineering teams to troubleshoot challenges and deliver solutions that keep the company moving forward.
• Own reliability by participating in our infrastructure on-call rotation and post-incident review sessions.

Senior Software Engineer - Infrastructure

Engineering Manager

• Serve as engineering leader for core products, including tenant screening and listings, while reimagining partner integrations to accelerate customer acquisition
• Build and drive squads of talented engineers to success in a fast-moving product delivery team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and marketing, to define and execute the product roadmap
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, including agile methodologies, code reviews, and CI/CD processes
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
