About the role
- Orchestrating large-scale changes within the organization
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the business leads
- Develop long-term transformation roadmaps that align with the organization’s 3–5 year strategic goals
- Oversee the full lifecycle of complex programs—from initial diagnostic and design to implementation and handoff
- Coordinate with the right stakeholders and SMEs across the organization
- Ensure proper risk identification and management
- Enforce appropriate governance and reporting standards for the program
- Measure success of the program against the original business case
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field OR equivalent years of experience
- 8-12+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or program management
- 5+ years of management experience preferred
- Strong commercial abilities with an attestable customer service focus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an understanding of key metrics and trends
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels
- Acts with the highest standards of integrity at all times
