About the role

  • You will start your career with us as a Telesales Consultant, where you will handle customer enquiries and generate increased sales volumes by making appointments with new customers.
  • You will attend our World Class Sales Academy while also shadowing operational and sales staff.
  • You will be servicing our customers in a specific geographical area, supporting in servicing various washroom products, alongside removing hazardous and toxic waste.
  • In addition to your role as a Telesales Consultant, you will gain exposure to as many sales-based roles across the business to provide you with a broad understanding of our customers and their needs.
  • During this time, you will also have the opportunity to complete our Intro to Sales Development Programme.
  • You will decide which area you want to specialise in after 12+ months and play a part in any local projects during this time.

Requirements

  • A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA in any subject (Business related, transport, logistics, supply chain or management disciplines preferred but not necessary).
  • A full UK driving licence or be working towards this.
  • Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face-to-face.
  • Want to work with people and provide excellent customer service.
  • A desire to work hard and have fun.
