About the role
- Champion business value by defining and articulating business justification for application projects
- Translate vision into actionable requirements through understanding current operations and defining future state business processes
- Support quality assurance by partnering with business users to define acceptance test scenarios
- Facilitate successful adoption of new systems by providing essential transition support
- Maintain domain level knowledge
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a Business Analysis role
- Domain level experience within the relevant area
- Proficient in technical, financial and quality aspects
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience with business users
- Understanding of business skills and commercial constraints
- Probably educated to bachelor degree level or holds a relevant professional qualification
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile frameworks and development life-cycles
- Understanding of interdependencies of business processes and information systems
- Proficient in Requirements definition and management
- Experienced in communicating with stakeholders at all levels
